Gorgeous Match of the Week volume 4: Chris Benoit vs. Chris Jericho chronicles













three great matches from three different orgs. These guys knew how to work with one another, and every match they had was intense. Although the finish was weird (tho I marked out for the liontamer on tim white, and also if they showed the replay you'd see Jericho using the belt when Benoit went for the headbutt) I'm going to go with Backlash 2000 as my favourite match. Both guys were so seasoned by that point and really delivered everything amazingly. Though the other two matches weren't exactly shabby.
