That aside, they've put out a lot of non-metal material, so yeah. I mean, anyone who pretends "Unforgiven" and its sixteen spinoffs (Auspie note: No, Kalyx, this is hyperbole. You don't need to correct me) is metal might as well call Chris Daughtry Thrash, but that doesn't invalidate their prior body of work.

As metal. It's already invalid on the grounds of quality. "FOUR CHORDS AND THE TRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUTHAHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Is just as faggy, but it's not metal.
