And what is the 'point' of gaming, according to you?
I want to enjoy the games I play. I spent money and built a decent PC for gaming. It's not state of the art by any means, but it can handle games on mid-high settings and still look nice. That's not even the main reason for my disliking it though.
I can't enjoy a game that
feels like crap. Oblivion, I can give a break. For when it came out, it was pretty impressive. The engine worked for that game because it was designed for that game.
It had its faults, but I could deal with that because it was still up to par with, or better than other games of its time. It was new.
Fallout 3, is not new. I felt like I was playing a game that was made 5 years earlier. It didn't have anything to do with the game's features. It had to do with how the game played. If the game plays badly, why would I enjoy it? You're looking at it from the point of view of 'things to do', and yeah.. there were a lot of things to do. Places to go.. people to talk to. But I absolutely hated the way it
played.
