Nah lance is a nice guy. He did really well for himself considering he was a smaller guy who never touched steroids. He's a fan of the business and he doesn't like seeing how shitty it is. And he did stuff of note, he was part of that hot team canada angle in WCW til he was buried, and he got buried in the WWE. He drew great heel heat and was a definite staple for great matches in ECW.

Was he ever a big time superstar? No. But was he experienced guy, with great skills and and an understanding for waht works and what doesn't, hell yes.
