Committee likes to favor UNC/Duke in the opening games more than they should. I think UNC averages well over 100 points when they get a #1 seed in the 1st game.

No reason why they never give the top #1 seed the lowest 16th seed possible (or 65th team if the 65 wins the 64/65 match).
