I remember the MSG Raw from a couple of months back. When taker tombstoned Cena, a bunch of kids had really perplexed looks on their faces. Then a bunch of "dudes," probably TPWW posters, were cheering the shit on.

Cena would need to do something really heinous to The Undertaker, like cost him his streak at WM or actually come out and burn him (on purpose) during his pyro.

I can't see a way for Cena to become heel until the attitude of the WWE target market changes.
