I looked at the past two Mania cards and strangely enough, they both add up to 119 minutes of matches.
I think they made those cards stretch a bit more with concerts and non-wrestling segments though.
I would supsect, given the card this year, that there will be a bit more time given to the matches. Not a ton, but a bit more.
128 minutes is a good guess.

I'd guess 130, and go with

Tag Titles - 6 min
MITB- 12 min
Rey/Punk - 10 min
Legacy- 9 min
HHH/Sheamus - 8 min
Edge/Jericho - 20 min
Bret/Vince -10 min
Taker/HBK - 35 min
Cena/Batista - 20 min
