As for the idea -- I like it, and it would be a bit more relevant to people than Simply Flawless on SmackDown!, but I'd change the women in the group. I'd actually bring some women up from FCW to form the group -- Courtney Taylor, Liviana, etc. Maybe have have Rosa Mendes in there, with Zack Ryder remaining her boyfriend. You could even do a heel turn for Eve, and have her and Chris Masters join.
For Alicia Fox -- I would move her back to SmackDown! where she earns the ire of Vickie Guerrero for what she did with Edge back in the day. They don't have to reference it completely, but Vickie can hold the grudge, and Fox can become a sympathetic babyface (maybe to the point where she is linked to Edge on-screen). I think Fox has got the potential to develop into a strong character and performer, and as a heel I just don't feel anything there for her.
I would pair Maryse on-air with The Miz and Big Show now that The Miz is rocking so much gold. ShoMiz seem to be moving into a feud with The Hart Dynasty, so Maryse could find a challenger for the Divas Title in Natalya. That would potentially make me care about that championship.
