They probably saw a screening of it since it does come out on the 30th.
I never really liked any of the NOES movies, and to be honest, I've only watched half of the first one and it was a real long time ago. It doesn't really interest me to watch it again or the other ones. Sadly, the only movie I've watched with Freddy throughout was Freddy vs. Jason. I think Englund should be back for Freddy because it doesn't seem like Rorschach fits the Freddy role. I'll probably see this version though, and I might see the first one again, you never know.
