I've got no problem with calling the slash on Staal at the end of the 1st period, but where was the equal call on the 2-handed slash that Phillips did IMMEDIATELY after onto Staal.

There's some MAJOR home-cooking by the officials in Ottowa tonight. 2 blatant high-sticks in the first 5 minutes went uncalled too.


EDIT: At least Toronto got the call right for the kicking motion on Ottowa's disallowed goal.
