No. He was pushed to his highest point as a brawler with limited in ring ability. Now don't get me wrong here, I'm not a Cena fan by any measure, but it's the character he plays that restricts his ability. Not saying he's anywhere near Steve Austin good, but he's better than he comes off on TV.
