I don't know what you guys are talking about, Konnan and Scott Steiner's catchphrases were awesome.
For me, the worst are:
Hardcore Holly - "How do you like me now?"
Steven Richards - "I'll show you, you'll see."
The DDP/Bigelow/Kanyon group (Jersey Triad?) - "Batta boom, batta bing, batta BANG!"
