I don't think anybody 'deserves' to go out of business, and I like the KOF series. It's not terribly mainstream but I love there was always KOF out there almost annually for some alternative fighting, not too mention some awesome characters in there roster that more than deserve to continue in a Capcom funded series (or even a Street Fighter/Final Fight-KoF merger).
That's wishful thinking, I know, but KoF should live on - despite what happens to SNKPlaymore.
