Without question, it's just the way he's used. He genuinely cares about the product and seems like an awesome guy to hang out with. When he does "fired up" promos he's gold, and he's been involved in some really good matches.
My only annoyance with him is the way he's booked. And I understand why it's done, and I can't fault WWE for doing it, because he's the face of the company and draws the money. But personally, it annoys me.
