Toronto's 1st in the majors in team slugging so far and 26th in OBP. You've gotta figure those numbers will eventually come closer together with the result being less timely hitting and less victories. Let's face it, Edwin isn't gonna slug .700 the whole season. Alex Gonzalez's numbers are already coming back to earth. I can't see Bautista hitting 35 homers but he might. But who knows what's gonna happen since Toronto's done so well without the help of Lind, Hill, and Overbay? I still think they'll level out though.

Plus they're 1-5 against Boston and 1-2 against Tampa, and they haven't even played the Yankees yet. So all that seems to suggest they won't keep pacing at a .574 win %.

That being said, when they do eventually regress, I don't think that will be an indication that they aren't a good team, because they've got a fair amount of talent.
