Pretending I don't know my shit so I don't sound cocky? Here's my take on it to clear it up:
Paul Heyman's ECW Title: Eh, it's debatable, but I'll say yeah it's a world title.
Vince's ECW Title: Not a fucking chance. Just because it was the only title on Tuesday's "We haven't thought up NXT yet" show doesn't make it legit. It was garbage, and got less respect from the IWC than the IC title. Hell WWE doesn't even consider it to be a legit world title.
