Pretty sure Oliver Perez is the most selfish player in baseball right now.

He STILL refuses to go to Triple A to sort his shit. He seems to think he'll magically come back to form when he gets into a game, even though Jerry Manuel has more or less said he's unusable out of the bullpen. Furthermore, several members of the team are furious at him and have implored management to give Perez an ultimatum - either go to Triple A or get out.

If this gets any worse, they may actually so something very un-Mets-like and eat $20M to DFA him. Would be amazing to get him the fuck out. Funny thing is, I bet even if he is DFA'ed, he'd get claimed instantly since the claiming team would only have to pay him league minimum.
