I don't think reversing this call would open the flood gates. It's such a special situation that will more than likely never happen again.

If it were anything other than the last out, it can't be changed.

If the Indians had gotten another hit or walk or something AFTER the blown call, it can't be changed.

The way it worked out is like the only way I could see it being overturned without opening any flood gates.
