I was going to write a little article about this, but I'll just answer in short here.
If I were Rico and/or Charlie Haas (
), I'd be extremely happy right now. He's some reasons why:
-How many people can enjoy there job like Haas and Rico? Rico gets paid to jump around the ring like a fairy, while Haas just has to take sexual abuse from a fairy, while entertaining people beyond his wildest dreams. Haas & Rico are actually what I look forward to on on SD!. A lot of wrestlers would be fired or de-pushed for joking around in the ring, but Haas and Rico (and their opponents) can go wild. Whether or not it's a complimentary to their wrestling skills, I think any man or woman in the world would love to joke around in their job, no matter how good at it they are.
-Haas/Rico get to show off their acting skills. Watching Haas & Rico brings a smile to my face, I honestly don't know how Haas manages to look so plain during it all. The Bashams did a good job on SD!, too. Rico can smile, but he also has to entertain all those people. I think both are pretty good actors.
-Haas & Rico get to show their wrestling ability in a unique way. Angle, Benoit, Jericho, Storm, Venis, Hardy, Orton, Benjamin, Triple H etc. can all wrestle, but none quite has the freedom Rico and Haas do in the ring. If i had to have a gimmick in the WWE, I'd love to play a Goldust or Rico type character. I'm not gay or anything (shifty
, but you always get noticed, and whether or not you're a face or a heel, you will always be over (if you can pull the angle off).
