Bring back the hardcore division and have NXT canceled and replaced with WWE : Hardcore Night, a show of only hardcore matches, however hardcore matches are on all shows. The Hardcore Night show will be like CZW with deathmatches and other ultra violent matches.
On RAW, I will split the show back to Raw and Warzone, with Warzone being completely insane and uncensored, so that wrestles can curse each other out and beat up each other til they are both bleeding.
On Smackdown, I will relaunch the cruiserweight division but I will call it "The Hyper Division" and put guys like Evan Bourne, Mysterio, Chavo etc all into this division.
