They call it "we're going to try to compete with WWE for no real reason".
Let's face it, for at least the past four years they've been trying to compete with WWE. Instead of worrying about what WWE is doing they should look at themselves and try to better their own product.
The biggest mistake was when they shifted from the more indy-style wrestling to more full-on Sports Entertainment. That's the mistake that's the root of all of TNA's problems. Not Hogan, not Bischoff, not Russo, but the direction of the company as a whole.
