Has anyone ever done this in a ladder match?
You set up the ladder in the ring close to the lower ropes, then you get a special and do the sweet Chin Music (or similar non-slam/submission special) on the announce table, then climb the ladder and hit your top rope special off the ladder out of the ring through the table? They take forever get up after that.
