If you're a Battlefield Bad Company 2 VIP, and preorder Medal of Honor, you'll be able to enter the beta on June 17. Which is this Thursday.

If you're a Regular Joe, you can simply sign up (at the Gun Club) along with everyone else and start playing on June 21. There'll be two maps available, and the beta will run on the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
