Nobody knows for sure. I'd also venture to guess that Heath Slater was unaware of the rule, since he got in Roberts' face as he was being choked yelling "HOW DOES IT FEEL?" rather than stopping Bryan. Not to mention the fact that he started to choke Cena with the ropes but Cena rolled over immediately, so he stopped.

Kinda funny to think about. If the roles were reversed, and Slater was fired...despite not liking the guy, I'd still think it was a gay reason to fire somebody in a stable getting a major angle. But we'd all probably be like "Oh that sucks...but lol Slater."
