The original plan called for former Tough Enough 3 winner, Matt Cappotelli, to be brought up and win the title. However, he suffered a concussion at a recent house show and could not compete last night. Word has it that Stephanie McMahon ordered the writers to place the title on Jackie instead. She has been practically begging to wrestle a man on the show for a while now. From what we hear, many on the SmackDown roster believe this is a horrible idea and it will back fire soon."
