I can't imagine being an achievement whore.

Anyway, is there a way to cyle the lock on in this game? It always seems to give priority to vehicles, which is total bullshit and dumb as fuck. I thought you could cycle your target in the first, but it's been ages and so I may be wrong or I just can't remember how.
