So no Punk in the MitB match?

Given the 6 guys listed for it thus far, Christian, Rhodes, Kane, Big Show, Kofi, and Matt Hardy, I'd say this is Christian's time to finally shine. I really don't see any of these other 5 aside from Kofi winning the SD MitB. I'm guessing they'll add Ziggler and MVP next week?
