I can't see this actually being the case, but if all the visas are up at similar times, then I assume that it is the WWE's fault, and that they normally catch these sort of things and don't leave it to the talent. Also, for the record, there was that rumour that if William Regal got his third strike on the wellness policy, he would have to find work in TNA or go back to the England. Something like that.

Just re-debut Drew McIntyre with Vince McMahon when his visa is cleared. Wade Barrett can be "suspended" until it is time for him to make his return -- shocking everyone by randomly appearing on a PPV and cashing in his title shot to get the WWE Title, forcing the WWE to re-instate him.
