Wow. Using the stats MLB uses most in determining awards and such for pitchers (W-L record and ERA), you can definitely make the case that Pelfrey should be there ahead of Carpenter and Lincecum.

Unfortunately, the Commish's Office also help Manuel fill out the remaining roster spots. You know damn well they'd rather have Lincecum and Carpenter pitching (as would, admittedly, most of the viewing audience).
