Basically Venom and Osborn fucking with Parkers life at the same time. Perhaps Spiderman can't beat Venom alone and he reconciles with Osborn in a similar, less rushed fashion.

The End. Or maybe not. Maybe then the franchise wouldn't be in much despair and they actually would have reached 6 films by bringing in Lizard, Black Cat, Carnage, etc.

The whole Spiderman 3 thing spurs a lot of discussion and revisionist planning.
