On a scale from 1 to 10, I think Owen Hart is a 20.
I think he was, without a doubt, one of the top heels of the 90's, and I don't think anyone could do it like he could.
I think his turning on Bret resulted in one of the top 10, if not 5, rivalries in WWE history.
And I think his briefly becoming the "Sole Survivor" of the Hart Family, as well as his "Enough is enough!" era, were GREAT. Even his "Blue Blazer" work, which I've heard he wasn't happy with, was special.
He was certainly underrated by the business, and by a small majority of the fans, and i can only imagine what else he would of accomplished had the tragedy not occurred. RIP, Owen.
