Wasn't the best talker imo, but perhaps better than his brother. Perhaps even a better mat wrestler then his brother was.
When I think of Owen Hart, I think of Wrestlemania 10, the cage match and him beating up Jason Sensation.
Not enough memorable feuds. Sadly.
