They almost got Heyman to sign, but then he didn't. Like idiots they teased it too early and ended up paying for it

Heyman has strongly stressed to everyone that he has certain demands that needed to be met in order for him to want to step full-time into professional wrestling again and as of now, the two sides apparently haven't come to terms. I am given the indication that discussions remain ongoing, however.
