It didn't even feature Michael Myers and was set in a completely different place.

Granted originally Michael died in Part 2 and the Halloween series was going to continue in a different direction. Most people don't know that..most people just think its a shitty sequel.

But if you watch the movie without considering it a Halloween movie you will enjoy it.
