I dislike the Yankees and Rays because they are rivals of the Red Sox.
I dislike the Colts and Jets because they are rivals of the Patriots.
I dislike the LA Lakers because they are rivals of the Celtics.
I dislike the Giants because of NY and Superbowl 42.
I dislike the Canadiens because they are rivals of the Bruins.

I dislike the Cowboys as a franchise, mostly because of Jerry Jones and Tony Romo. I just can't stand the Cowboys. Dunno.
I dislike the Miami Heat because, well, I hope they never win a damn thing. Let's just leave it at that for now.

So most of my hated sports teams are directly related to my hometown teams. I don't hate teams or cities just for winning championships, since I'm from a city that gets that all the time.
