He's solid, but not spectacular. He can work a match and make someone look good, but that's about it.
This is very close to my assessment of Chavo. Except I've always just liked the guy, and can't explain it. While I do agree with the assessment that Eddie Guerrero is by far the better overall talent, I always liked Chavo more when they were in Los Guerreros.
