Especially now that he's getting older. The guy is now 31, but given his size and the style he works, he probably won't be one of those guys that can go forever. When he signed with TNA, he would have been like 26 or something. He was considered "young" by wrestling standards, and he was a hot prospect at the time. He had a long future ahead of him, but now he's sort of in his prime years and doing nothing with it.

If Joe ever thought about joining the WWE, it's probably a "I'm going to do it now before there's no interest in me" thing. The only thing that would stop Joe from signing is if he still has that "artist's mentality" where he doesn't want to conform even for the big bucks.
