Hulk Hogan

Unlike other legends like Flair, Hogan is known for being the face of wrestling...not for his technical prowess. He sucks. Always has. But he is a smart man who jumped on the train at the right time. He is a good talker, had a great look for the period & the fact that he had 18 inch pythons and said his prayers didn't hurt. But yeah, he wrestled about as well as a guy like Nash. A standard set of moves and the rest was overdone fluff. He was blessed with the natural charisma necessary to become the Hulking Up flexoid we have seen for the last 30 years.
