The grapples? Yea, the best classes to do that with are Assassin or Sniper. Just keep pressing the sprint (x button) and eventually you'll notice you're moving insanely fast and you're good. Just run up the side where nobody is, sneak attack them from behind, grapple, then run like hell. Just be careful running off ledges. That's my main problem too. Too much speed and I overestimate my space and end up running off the level.
