Looks like a hijack. To try a quick way, go into safe mode and run:
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
SpyBot Search and Destory
Clean whatever it comes up with.
Reboot into safe mode.
Run both again to be sure it's got rid of any crap.
You should also use CCleaner to clean any temp files and registry crap.
