Most of these guys are fairly new additions so wouldnt have been around during development, and the ones who arent great or havent been on TV in ages. Seems like aside from NXT the only ones they didn't put in the are Khali, Masters and the Dudebusters.

-Most of the nxt guys were there since February at least that's plenty of time to design the characters.

-Dudebusters people don't care about atm
-Alberto, Curt, Joey, and the Usos (and Tamina) I agree with.
