Yeah, I'd wait on HBK, cash in when remembering him garners even more nostalgia.
As for Rock, I'd say it'll be quite awhile...the WWE is probably still holding onto a shred of hope that he'll make appearances in the squared circle, and don't want to put him out to pasture prematurely.
