I've got Abel's jumping mid kick/cross-up to change of direction combo down pat, but now I need to try and get his tornado throw in there more often, because that is a DEADLY move. Almost takes off as much as some of the supers. A lot of times, I have a freebee oppurtunity, but I don't think of it fast enough, and end up doing a regular throw.
