I think Kaval could get more over on RAW in a shorter time, but it's pretty stacked there. On SmackDown!, he will get more of a steady build, work greater matches -- but I feel the main event scene there is actually more locked than RAW's. This Kane and Undertaker stuff isn't going to let anyone get near the title anytime soon.
I'd like to see Kaval get his title shot sometime in the period between Survivor Series and the Royal Rumble. Kane beats The Undertaker at Night of Champions (but leaving some question as to whether or not Kane really does hold all the cards, leading to a Hell in a Cell Match between the two). While I would book Kane to win the feud at HIAC, Taker will probably win -- especially with SmackDown! moving to SyFy, and the WWE probably wanting a top face to hold the belt as an attraction. So Taker wins the belt at HIAC, and then at Bragging Rights he leads a SmackDown! team against a RAW team -- or, in my dreams, faces then current WWE Champion, Triple H, in a huge RAW vs. SmackDown! Champion vs. Champion main event.
Then it's Survivor Series. I'd like to see the classic Survivor Series matches return, but it's unlikely the WWE will do that. But I think Taker can past the title on here to either Kane again (so he gets another elusive win over Taker), or even to someone like CM Punk. Then Kaval cashes in. I guess he could face Taker, too, but that might come with fan backlash. But basically, Kaval gets his title shot at either Survivor Series, TLC or the Royal Rumble (preferably not the Rumble, as I think he could have an impressive showing in that match), and he doesn't win the title but he looks great against whoever the World Champion is.
