You're looking out for a TV deal. You're not going PG as you are a fan of the Attitude era, you are taking it on the road, you need a team.

How much would you need do you think? and to spice it up, who's writing the shit and who you having for:

Try to go with people who are nearing the end of the contact or free agent or you think you could steal somehow? Like as if this is happening now.

Head Writer:
2 more writers:

5 Main eventers:
10 Development / lower card stars:
5 Other wrestlers:

Commentary team:
What type of show you're putting out? (i.e. 2 hour show? Just talking, or actual matches and a little talking)

Well to go a little more indepth :

First of all you'd need a business plan, after that is approved and what not you'd need a loan.

Now if you get that far, you would need to hire a wide variety of people to even get this off the ground, just to name a few

Lawyers
Ring Crew
Light Techs
Sound Techs
Road Agents
Publicists
Music Production
Wardrobe/Makeup Artists
Referees
HR & PR
Creative Writers (Except Russo)
Copy Writers (For Internet and Possible Magazine)
Accountants
Account Assistants
Animators and Graphics Designers
Editors ( Both In Studio as well as In the Production Truck for Live events)
Producers and Directors for both Live show and Pre-recorded events
Marketing Department.....

Anyways, you get where im going.

Factors in ALL of those things and you might just have what it takes to create... well a Wrestling company.

If not... well just enjoy the product on television.
