I'm voting for the Million Dollar Man because he did it for alot longer. He would have been a champion had the WWF not had a face fetish in the 1980s. So, I consider JBL's run as champion as the run that Ted Dibiase should have had. He also should have had alot more title runs.

He also had a great run as a tag team with IRS with Money Incorporated. I also think he did well as a heel stable leader in a sort of "dry run" of a Corporation-type stable. Also he was a good mouth piece for the start of the run of the New World Order as "Trillionaire" Ted. Finally ended with a short run leading the Steiner Brothers to another tag team title and leading an anti-nWo movement with them and Ray Traylor.

Also, what does a millionaire have to do in order to get a photo of himself in this battle with Benoit?
