I think the buck lays with their defence,Caldwell and Bramble are relegation teams standard defence.How Svensson was allowed that much space to turn and get a shot in was puzzling so there's no way Given can be blamed for that.He couldn't do anything about the second and the third was unlucky from his point of view.If he was English he'd certainly be the number 1.

I think i would rather have Steven Taylor at the back for Newcastle than Caldwell right now.
