Well, as long as the Pads take out the Cubs tonight and split that series, they have a chance. They're 2 back right now. If both teams stay on pace, the Padres would have to sweep in San Fran to clinch.

Hopefully the Diamond Backs scratch out a win tonight and the Padres win, giving them a 1 game deficit with 3 to play. If they can take 2 out of 3 in San Fran, they'd be tied for first, and I'm pretty sure the Padres own the season series.

Also, Atlanta is going against Philly, and will hopefully get creamed. As long as the Padres make the playoffs, I'm happy.
