Wally Backman, like pretty much everybody else signing on for their first ever managerial stint, should come cheap.

Not sure where they'll go for GM. Whoever they pick though, the Wilpons gotta stay the fuck out of his way. This year will be tight money wise, but once the shit contracts come off the books after 2011 the new GM has gotta be able to do what he wants without the Wilpons over his shoulder the whole time.
