Yes Jim Johnson died.
It's odd with Kevin Kolb. Last year he looked really good in 1.5 out of the 2 games played(2nd half of the Saints game he wasn't that good). The first preseason game this year he looked good. It seems that he has regressed in the last 2 months tbh.
